Marina Bay Team Re-United for New Project!!
Calypso Bay at Delray Beach

VCM is proud to announce, the team that brought Delray Beach, Marina Bay has once again joined forces to deliver yet another exclusive town home community. This new residential project will be known as Calypso Bay and consists of two and three story units. Ideally located on Gleason Street, just steps from fashionable Atlantic Avenue and the Atlantic Ocean.

Mr. Gary Eliopolous and his firm have designed this community in an Anglo-Caribbean style of architecture. In keeping with that genre he has incorporated a standing seam metal roof system, hardy plank at the front and rear elevations, wood cased garage doors, Chicago brick pavers, mahogany privacy gates, and fountains at the lanais. Each unit in this Ultra-Exclusive community boasts 5,000 square feet, each with its own elevator, gas burning oven and stove, rich cabinetry, wine cooler, lush landscaping, pool, and gazebo.
