Andrew Verzura is proud to announce completion at Bridgeside Place. During Andrew’s tenure as the Owners Representative/Construction Manager for Sapphire Properties, a Dallas based developer, he played an active roll in all phases of this projects development. Bridgeside Place is a state of the art mixed use facility consisting of 12,500 square feet of retail space, 30,000 square feet of Class “A” office space, and 246 luxury rental apartments. Included in the facility is a 1,117 space multi-level parking garage; of which 600 hundred of the spaces were developed by Sapphire Properties for the benefit of The City of Fort Lauderdale.

Still under construction is the Bridgeside Square assessment program. This project integrates Bridgeside’s elements of design into the streetscapes that surround it. Upon completion of the Bridgeside Square Assessment Project and Bridgeside Place the total construction value of these projects will have exceeded $55,000,000.00.
