Renaissance Village—Delray Beach, FL

Vercon Construction Management is proud to announce that we have been selected to construct Renaissance Village. This new community consists of twenty (20) town-homes and will be located in the heart of Delray Beach, just 1 and 1/2 blocks north of the fashionable Atlantic Avenue district.

Falkanger Residential Architecture is the firm responsible for designing this intimate enclave of three story town-homes.

Mr. Joseph Pasquale and Diane Barry of Falkanger have incorporated a Mediterranean flavor to the community and created five distinct residences for purchasers to choose from. Each town home features elevated ceilings, a two car garage, concrete floor system, impact resistant windows and doors, Kohler fixtures, and executive master suites. These luxury two and three bedroom residences are priced from the $300’s.

Renaissance Village represents the second community we have constructed for the group from North Andover, Mass.. Much of our success at our first project, Marina Bay, is due to Andrew Verzura’s job site leadership, Mike O’Donnell’s field expertise and exemplary team work by our subcontractors. We are looking forward to working with the principals at Southpointe as well as many of the same members of our subcontracting team during the construction of Renaissance Village.
