Renaissance Village, Delray Beach
Construction Well Ahead of Schedule!!

VCM is proud to announce that construction at Renaissance Village has continued to progress and is now well ahead of schedule. As loyal readers of the Vercon View may recall, this project consists of twenty luxury three story town homes located in the heart of Delray Beach. This community features wood cabinetry, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, brick paved walks and drive aisles, community pool and a gazebo area for entertaining. VCM must share this projects success with a design team that has tackled each problem we have encountered and sub-contractors that have met each and every challenge.

This project is being developed by Southpoint Realty, the same trio from North Andover that developed Marina Bay in the historic section of Delray Beach. This community is the second project VCM has constructed for Southpoint and appears to be headed for the same successful completion.

We would like to take a moment to recognize the leadership that Mr. Tony Verzura (Project Manager) and Mr. Michael O’Donnell (Project Superintendent) have provided. They have exceeded the expectations that were established prior to this projects commencement and we appreciate their efforts.

Ms. Diane Barry and Mr. Joseph Pasquale of Falkanger Residential Architecture have routinely met or exceeded our expectatithis projects design proinception this project has enjoyed brisk sales, excellent team work, design professionals, sub-contractors and community developer. Much of our success at Renaissance may be attributed to excellent communication with the projects must be shared with this projects design professionals and sub-contractor team. s, project professionals and We must however take a moment to share our success to date with the projects Sub-Contractors and Design Professionals.

Fortunately, construction has continued without interruption. This may be attributed in large part to the efforts of Mr. Joseph Pasquale and Ms. Dianne Barry’s rapid response in resolving any design conflicts. Their expertise and an exemplary sub-contractor team that includes Meisner Electric, Val-Teck Construction Corp. (shell contractors), First Quality Windows and Doors, LM Wilson Plumbing, Euroteck (Framing Contractors), and Cioffi & Sons have consistently contributed harmoniously during all phases of this communities progression.

In closing, we would like to recognize the efforts of the projects Superintendent, Mr. Michael O’Donnell and its Project Manager, Mr. Tony Verzura (VCM). Their leadership set the tone by which the project has progressed.
